SPAM/NOT SPAM Classification
If your spam setting are configured with the Quarantine option and using our web based email system (Roundcube Mail) or when your Outlook or Thunderbird email client is configured with IMAP, you can classify emails that were not classified properly. When you do this, it helps train our spam filter to make better choices in the future. Look at the Email Setup Instructions on the home page of this site to learn how to configure your email client for IMAP. Please ONLY CLASSIFY MESSAGES YOU KNOW ARE NOT CORRECTLY CLASSIFIED. DO NOT SET UP A RULE TO AUTOMATICALLY MOVE EMAIL FROM YOUR SPAM FOLDER TO YOUR INBOX. We have noticed some customers just moving the messages from their spam folder to their inbox.

Below are links to videos describing how to classify SPAM and NOT SPAM messages.
